Shenzhen nicotine pouches at 12 mg: what they are and how to use them

A nicotine pouch is a slim white sachet of plant fibre holding nicotine salt, tucked under the upper lip. No tobacco leaf, no smoke, no spitting. The nicotine reaches you over roughly twenty to forty minutes.

Strength

Everything we carry is 12 mg per pouch. That is the middle of the market: strong enough for a smoker switching over, not so strong that a first pouch is unpleasant. If you have never used one, leave it in for five minutes and take it out.

The two brands, and their formats

Echi ships fifteen pouches per can in four flavours. Mr.White ships twenty in a 38 × 12 mm slim portion, which sits flatter under the lip. Both are made in Shenzhen.

The regulatory position, plainly

Pouches are legal to sell in the US. No Shenzhen pouch brand holds a PMTA, so none of them is FDA-authorised — the same is true of most of the category. That does not make them unlawful; it means the marketing claims have not been through FDA review.

Storage and the parcel cap

Keep the can closed; an open can dries out in days. Pouches count toward the ten-pound tobacco cap at roughly twenty grams a can, so about two hundred cans per parcel. Every pouch parcel needs an adult signature and photo ID at the door, 21 and over. See the range.

Tobacco is 21+: an adult signature and a government photo ID are checked at the door, and one tobacco parcel is capped at 10 lb, about 18 cartons. Coffee needs neither and never counts toward that cap. Parallel-import or importer-held stock throughout, so packaging and tax stamps vary by batch.
