Returns

Unopened cigarette cartons may be returned within 14 days of delivery, seal intact. Opened cartons usually cannot, because tobacco is a consumable.

Coffee

Unopened bags may be returned within 14 days. An opened bag is a consumable.

Damaged, wrong or short

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and the contents. We replace or refund damaged cartons, and wrong or missing items, and we cover the freight either way.

How to start

Email customersupport@chuanweincigs.store with the order number. We reply within one business day with a return address and instructions. Do not send tobacco back before you have that address, because tobacco returns need the right routing.

Refund timing

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel arriving back. Postage on a change-of-mind return is the buyer's; on our error it is ours.

Seized or held parcels

If a carrier or an authority holds or seizes a parcel, tell us and we work the claim with you rather than leaving it with you.
