Questions

How many packs are in this carton?
Ten packs of 20 cigarettes — 200 cigarettes. The carton is the sealed retail unit; we do not break it into single packs.

Do I have to sign for it?
Yes. Tobacco ships with an adult-signature requirement and a government photo ID check at the door, 21 and over. If nobody can sign the carrier holds it and retries, then returns it.

How many cartons can go in one parcel?
Ten pounds of tobacco, about 18 cartons. A bigger order splits into separate parcels, each with its own signature; nothing is lost, it just arrives in stages.

Is the packaging exactly as photographed?
Not exactly. Parallel-import cartons change pack artwork, tax stamps and batch marks between lots, so the photo is representative and the batch you receive may differ.
